Key Booking Policies & Guidelines

Reservations: Advance booking is highly recommended to secure preferred times.
Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments, particularly for groups.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 24–48 hours in advance generally incur a 50% to f ull-price charge.
No-Shows: Failure to appear without notice usually results in a charge for the full service amount.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late will likely result in a shortened treatment time to keep on schedule for the next guest.
Arrival Time: Guests are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time to check in, and relax.
Refunds: Pre-paid services or gift cards are often non-refundable.
